Payment
Payment for ordered goods can be made via PayPal. Payment is due within 7 days after receiving a confirmation email. Otherwise we will be forced to discontinue the order.

In general, the order will be shipped uncovered within 3-5 business days after payment is received. We always try to ship the order as quickly as possible, but since we are only two people at MOZAIQ, there can be delays. For packing and shipping of cards (flat products), we calculate € 2.90 ( $ 3.90) within Germany. The goods will be sent as a letter in a robust envelope.
Our wrapping paper will be sent rolled in a sturdy cardboard box, therefor we charge 5,90 € ( $ 6.60) within Germany. On request it can also be sent folded in an A4 envelope for a price of 2.90 € ( $ 3.90) within Germany.
Unless otherwise stated in the item description,
bulky goods will be shipped as a small parcel at a price of € 4,10 ( $ 6.60) within Germany.
Insured shipping is possible on request and available at extra costs. Please inform me about your shipping wishes BEFORE you place your order!
